GEORGE TRAVILL
Managing Director
George has always had a passion for construction having previously founded a luxury residential contractor focusing on the private market. Here he developed a keen attention to detail and an expectation for the highest quality of workmanship. George quickly found his feet although wanted to apply these same principles to the commercial sector. His ambition is for Travill Construction to be the leading fit out and refurbishment contractor in London. George is not afraid to get his hands dirty and has an active role on all live projects.
NICHOLAS ORR
Director
Nick's background is in insurance where he worked for JLT and subsequently Marsh for over 5 years. He is a Chartered Insurance Broker and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Nick is experienced in all aspects of annual and project-specific construction insurances with a specific focus on major UK and European contractors. He has developed a strong understanding of the construction industry and its key processes from an insurance and risk perspective which provides an excellent foundation for both project and contract management.
ARON BRAR
Company Secretary
Aron established the organisational processes which underline Travill Construction’s operational capabilities. His responsibilities include preparing and collating tender documents as well as responding to pre-qualification questionnaires. Aron is experienced in combining technology and innovation to unlock and deliver value. In his downtime Aron is working towards a Masters in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge with a research focus on sustainability in construction and development.
MIKEL TITI
Senior Site Manager
Mikel has been part of Travill Construction since its formation and has played a key role on all major projects to date. He is highly experienced in managing sites across all our sectors. Mikel is focused on delivering projects efficiently and on time, but most importantly on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our workers whilst on site. As well as being an excellent site manager, Mikel is a highly skilled carpenter and tradesmen.
